Treatment Process

The Process

• Introductory Call - 15 mins (free)

You will need to sign and fill out a short health and consent form in advance of our free call.

We will then schedule the call or zoom to have a brief chat and you can ask any questions you may have. We will then book in the consultation should you desire.

• Full Consultation - 60 mins (£100)

I will listen to you and your concerns and take a detailed past and present medical history. I will also ask many questions in order to ascertain the roadmap that has led you to be here in front of me.

I will perform some clinical non-invasive diagnostics at the end of the session.

Please don’t forget to bring a list of any medications, herbs, and supplements you may be on with you, and any relevant tests you may have had.

We will then schedule a follow-up appointment.

• Treatment Planning - typically 1-3 months

  After the consultation, I will write up a treatment advice sheet that will list the herbs I have put you on, what they are for, and advise you on how to take them.

  I will likely also suggest some naturopathic, lifestyle, and dietary changes for you to adopt.

  My goal is to educate you in the systems of good health and to teach and empower you to take good care of yourself going forwards.

  Once you know what you have been doing wrong and what you can do to make it right, and with the help of naturopathic techniques and herbal medicine, you will be back on the road to health and happiness.
  

• Herbal/Naturopathic Dispensary - (cost based on treatment plan)

  I will make up your medicine in my herbal dispensary on the Monday after your appointment and then pop it in the post. Subject to herbal availability, as occasionally I may need to order in one or two herbs in which case it may be a little longer before you receive your medicine.

  A typical month’s supply of herbal medicine ranges between £20-£75 depending on whether it’s a tincture, powder, dried herbs, or a combination.

• Follow-Up Appointment - 30 mins (£50)

This is where I monitor your progress, you tell me how you are and any concerns you may have and tweak the medication if necessary. Depending on your health we may need to have a number of follow-ups.

I will endeavour to keep in touch in between the consultations and check on how you are doing and you can always reach out should you have any questions.
