My Approach

Of course, I understand that unless you have been referred by a friend, you may have some questions before you commit and pay for a herbal consultation with me.

To that end, should you desire, I offer you a free scheduled 15-minute conversation, either by phone or via Zoom, where we can have a chat and get to know each other before you then come to see me for a consultation.

You will initially need to sign and fill out a short health and consent form in advance of our free call so I understand with what it is you need help.

The consultation is an hour long. This is where I will listen to you and your concerns and take a detailed past and present medical history. I will also ask many questions in order to ascertain the roadmap that has led you to be here in front of me, as I want to work out where and when your path to ill health began. ‘The Never Been Well Since’ moment as coined by homeopaths.

It is important you bring with you any test results you may have, along with a list of the medications you are on.

This is also your time to share with me, and it is a very important part of the session. I want you to feel like you are being heard and that your questions are answered. You need to be as honest and candid here and be rest assured this is a fully confidential session and I am bound by the same professional privacy rules and regulations as any Doctor.

With your consent I will use diagnostic non-invasive clinical examinations such as Iridology (looking into the iris), tongue, nail, and pulse analysis, listening with a stethoscope, and palpation if needed. These examinations will help me garner a better indication of what is going on inside the body.

At the end of the consultation, I will then provide you with a managed treatment plan for about a month later with an advice sheet that takes into account your health goals and a month’s supply of herbal medicine. I will send this to each patient via email along with an invoice for the medicine that will need to be paid in advance of being made and sent.

We will then schedule a 30-minute follow-up consultation about a month later to check on your progress and adjust your medication as appropriate.

Your energy and intention are an inherent part of the next steps back to wellness. You need to be involved all the way through the healing process, from taking the medicine as prescribed to employing a healthy and positive attitude towards your healing process.

The Herbal medicine prescription will then be sent to you via post.

Payments need to be paid in advance of the consultation in full. This is also the same for the dispensing of herbal medicines which can only be dispensed and sent once payment has been received.

• 1-hour consultation: £100.

• 30-minute consultation: £50

Medicine costs vary. A typical month’s supply of herbal medicines ranges between £20-£75 depending on whether it’s a tincture, powder, or dried herbs you need, or possibly a combination.

Will aim to be sent on the following Tuesday after your appointment by first class. This slightly depends if the medicines required are in stock in the dispensary or not.

If appointments need to be rescheduled, this needs to happen at least 48 hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. Within 48 hours, the full fee will be retained. Please contact me directly to rearrange or cancel your appointment.

Provision may be made for non-recurring extenuating circumstances, up to my discretion.
